Validity and amendments to the conditions of use
These general conditions of use apply to all content and services offered by con.train. consulting + training GmbH ("con.train.") on the website vsi.de. By using this website, the user acknowledges the validity of these conditions of use. These conditions of use apply to content which does not require a login in the version current when the use is undertaken. In addition, it is possible that when certain services are used, special additional terms will apply to which reference will then be made separately. con.train. is entitled to amend or supplement these conditions of use at any time.

Proper use
If a user's personal data are required to use the website or the services offered on the site, the user undertakes to enter these truthfully and completely. If individual data change, the user undertakes to report this without delay.

e-mail addresses or user names selected by individuals may not cause offence to or infringe the reasonable rights of other users or be in breach of relevant legislation. This applies, for example, to the use of terms from the sphere of pornography, especially child pornography or incest, or terms which glorify violence or incite racial hatred. Other examples are the names of organizations or people who may be associated with terrorism, political extremism or religious fanaticism. In any event, the rights of third parties (rights to names, marks, copyright, data protection etc.) must also be upheld.

Users are not permitted to disseminate advertising for commercial offers to other users in any form. This also applies to the the placing of the relevant links - in forums, for example.

When using the site, no user may send or use data the type or quality, size or number of which could jeopardize the existence or operation of the computing centre or data network of con.train. or breach the rights of third parties (e.g. viruses, spam e-mails etc.).

Liability of the user and exclusion
con.train. has the right to exclude users at any time if this is in its justified interest. Its justified interest exists in particular in the case of deliberate breach of these conditions of use or of supplementary/complementary conditions of use to which separate reference is made.

In the event of a deliberate breach of the terms of proper use in these conditions, the user is liable to con.train. for compensation of all direct and indirect damages, including financial loss, arising from such a breach. 

Provision of data and information
The information and data provided on the VSI.de website is for a user's purely commercial use. The content of this website is copyright. Reproduction, amendment and dissemination of information and/or data, especially of texts, text excerpts, images, audio data or videos is not permitted without the prior written consent of con.train.. An exception to this is the information provided for this purpose in PDF file format.

Warranty for content and liability
All the content of this website has been compiled with the greatest possible care. However, con.train. is unable to accept any liability for the correctness of all the data included. This also applies to all types of damage, especially damage which may arise due to errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, in the event of faults in the technical equipment and the service, due to incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or due to any other cause during use of this website. con.train. accepts no liability for the content of external links. The owner/operators of those links are solely responsible for the content of linked sites.

Applicable law
Any use of this website or the data, information, text, text excerpts or images contained on it, together with any action, toleration or neglect in connection with the use of this website is subject solely to German law.

Safeguarding clause
If individual conditions of use are or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining conditions will be unaffected.
