VSI foreSight

Taking the name of this product "looking ahead into the future" literally, presently we develope in cooperation with partners a complete system to get into the "multimedia operating room".

The complete foreSight system combines the benefits of digital image and video documentation with the key functions of a device and signal management system. Images and videos are generated using integrated encoders and can be saved for documentation, printed out in reports or transferred for further processing on storage media (USB devices, CD/DVD). Live video transmissions for workshops or teaching seminars can be switched with just a few taps of the fingers, as foreSight can also be operated entirely by touchscreen. The integrated matrix ensures convenient routing of the image signals to different monitors or displays. Peripheral devices (including room lighting, operating theatre cameras) can be incorporated for control and monitoring.

The modular structure of foreSight even allows integration in existing room structures. The functionalities mentioned, which can usually only be implemented following highly expensive refurbishments or in new-builds, are accordingly available in one device and with minimal integration effort.

With the VSI client software, all the functions of foreSight are accessible on networked PC workstations. Standard interfaces for integration in the clinical IT infrastructure (HIS, PACS/ RIS) are available with the HL7 and DICOM option packs and complete the system concept.
