Consulting

Beratung

Consulting is primarily listening and understanding what objectives and wishes you are pursuing. Only once we have understood you can we advise you and show you how to achieve your objectives taking account of as many of your wishes as possible. Our VSI solutions and products assist in this process.

But consulting also means being allowed to be critical. Simply submitting to objectives and wishes has nothing to do with consulting. We would call this "selling at any price" and know that this is bound to lead to supplier and customer falling out before the project is complete.

We should also mention that consulting has its limits. Consulting is complete no later than when the planning phase starts. Of course consultation takes place in all phases of a project, but what we mean here is the end of "pre-sales consulting".
