Good planning is the basis for a successful project.

Of course we could outline below the individual planning phases which are required, but we don't want to bore you, so here are the key aspects.

Step 1, "harmonizing" objectives, costs and deadlines. It only makes sense to move onto subsequent steps and start de tailed planning once a binding formulation has been reached here. Here it is always important to ensure that it is not a case, as is often quoted, of "planning means replacing chance with error"; ruling out error has to be a planner's top priority.

The extent of possible planning with regard to different manufacturers and suppliers can vary significantly, just as our partners differ from one another in their service portfolio.
